Hard to find a charger with reasonable price. Unbelievable they all ask arm and leg for such simple thing. This is very smart design Cigarette plug in with USB plug in at other end and can fit into many Apple product and with only one plug. I only want a power supply from car to Nano nothing else. Weaknesses: Kind of ugly. Edit: stopped working after only a few months. Summary: 2006-11-03 12:59:06 Edit: It stopped working a couple months ago. I only got a couple months use out of it. It's not worth the shipping costs to get it fixed/exchanged so I'll have to buy another one or go without. It was nice while it worked. This iPod charger works flawlessly. Just plug it into your car's cigarette lighter and you can power/charge your iPod for as long as you like. It couldn't be simpler. No switches or menu options. The USB cable is removable and can be used to connect to a computer the same was as Apple's cable. The molded grip makes it easy to plug in and out. The only improvement I can think of would be to add 2 feet to the cable; it's a bit short if you're sitting in the back seat of the car. Otherwise there's plenty of length. Strengths: firewire plug Weaknesses: none Summary: firewire plug makes it universal!!! Loved It!!! I already had an I-Trip but couldn't get my Ipod charged since my I-trip doesn't charge... Before I needed to carry the Ipod charger with me all the time and then I had to bother people to plug it to their PC, but now for a very low price I can charge my Ipod or any other MP3 player on my trips.
