I would write a review for this product had Rainbow Appliance sent the CORRECT model.
Strengths: Looks great, not that heavy 120 lbs.
Weaknesses: Issues I did not anticipate: Save old power cord or go out and buy one. Cord not supplied. Cord installation area not easy to access. Surrounded by sharp edges, cut myself. UPS needed help to unload.
Summary: I would write a review for this product had Rainbow Appliance sent the correct model. Instead I received a lessor model, $300 less. This mistake was very, very frustrating.
Unless Rainbow Appliance can deliver, disconnect wrong range, remove plug from wrong range, unpack and reinstall plug and completely install new range, and pack up wrong range, I want my account credited for the difference immediately.
Put yourself in my place. I am 51 years old, took a day off work for delivery. I took a snowy cold day off work for the delivery and at least 2 hours out of my life installing the wrong model as my wife watched anxiously for her new SpeedBake Convection Smooth Cooktop slide-in range. Only to receive the lessor model... I'll write back to update my dealings with Rainbow Appliance.
