 Check the headrest screws! Strengths: Adjustable arm rest.
Weaknesses: Fabric shows wear easily. Cup holder could be positioned higher for ease in little ones being able to reach it.
Summary: The screws that hold the adjustable headrest in place come loose and disengage from the seat. Tighten back up, but a big safety issue as the seat belt suddenly has extra slack. Found that over the course of months since first happened, very minor actions cause the screws to loosen, such as my daughter raising her hands above her head. Even loosening the belt to slip her shoulders in has caused it to pop off. Have 3 of these, one black and 2 tan, and the black one has this problem all the time, but the tans we don't use as often, although have also had loose screws upon inspection. Manufacturer recommended disposal and replacement, but would be out of my pocket.
