Strengths: Wonderful writing speed, burned a full DVD in 35 minutes. Does not need to be flash updated to work, I/O Magic DVD +/- RW do. Instant recognition in Windows XP, DVDs are crystal Clear and work in DVD
Weaknesses: None that i have found other than possibly weight, it is hefty but that can make it more trustable.
Summary: The Dvd Burning capabilities work very well with all DVD burning software, and DVD shrink for backing up your DVDs. It is instantly recognisable by Windows XP home edition, and recognises all media put into it. it allows for piggybacking of other hardware, and an audio and visual plug that possibly allow video capture. Very good buy at a great price through chumbo.
