3 Star ReviewGreat concept, needs help on execution
Strengths: Expandability, multiple compartments, wheeled, can be converted to a backpack, lifetime warranty
Weaknesses: Quality is questionable, had to send in for repair
Summary: I bought this bag because I needed something to help me carry a large package home. It did the job. However, the quality was not very good. One of the zippers fell off, one of the tie downs broke off, and the lining started coming off. Luckily, I sent it in and High Sierra replaced it with a new bag. It is a nice bag, but maybe I just got a bad batch.

Strengths: Heavy duty made / nicely designed
Weaknesses: A bit heavy
Summary: Nice wheeled duffel bag - very roomy and well made, comes with lifetime warranty - you can go wrong. Bag actually expands about 3" vertically - makes it perfect. Excellent job from HS.

Highly recommend.
