Summary: Opened a factory sealed carton, not a mark on it,I have a defective unit the picture is scranbled and bleads. I called Toshiba they told me to take it in for repair. They will not replace it even though it did not work out of the factory fresh box. I do not recomend Toshiba for this poor policy.A 3000 dollar investment not well spent.
