3 Star Reviewok software for a low price
Strengths: easy to use, 16:9 support, generates iso files
Weaknesses: no dolby sourround (only dolby stereo), slow, support doesn't exist (tried it several times, no response at all)
Summary: 2006-02-17 22:26:15 I bought the software for my home videos and considerung this purpose, it is ok. The software eats up your memory, so you should have 1 GB RAM, otherwise it is unbearingly slow.

If you like to generate movies without too much editing, this is a decent software.

Strengths: Lots of features.
Weaknesses: Unstable and crashed with simple video editing and saving. Nonexistent customer service.
Summary: Purchased product for simple DV capture and editing. Had difficulties from onset with multiple crashes, particularly during editing and saving. Could not get help from ULEAD despite multiple contact attempts via online, email, and telephone. Attempted to exchange/return product via their satsifaction guarantee but was stonewalled. Finally just gave up and trashed the software. DON'T BUY FROM ULEAD. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
