I exchanged the first for a second one. Summary: Overall ineffective tech support. Received two separate computers - BOTH had DVD/RW issues. Would play CD but would not execute a DVD interuption issues each time. After HOURS on tech line - I GIVE UP! Also, make sure you save the box until you fully install and test every aspect of the machine otherwise they will try to stick you with a 15% restocking fee in addition to all of your GRIEF! Power supply is weak. Summary: Ok check it out... This cpu starts out a piece of crap but I'm telling you. All you really need to do do this machine to make it bad arse lol. Install a video card, give it another 512MB Ramstick and obviously you're going to need a better dvd drive... and Maybe give it a better power supply. Sounds like a lot of work I know...
