Strengths: Has a very good grip. Bought to install hurricane shutters and have a lot of drilling to do in concrete. On the hammer setting drills through concrete like it's cardboard. Comes with nice case.
Weaknesses: Noisy on the hammer setting, but hey, it's a power tool. Don't use at 3am.
Summary: Looked at Black and Decker, Craftsman and Ryobi 1/2 inch hammer drills. All others were much more expensive, some twice as much. Read bad reviews on Black and Decker and Craftman was more expensive and didn't look as sturdy. Says 2 speed, but both speeds use the easy to activate variable speed trigger. Can be used with or without hammer setting. Has an easy to adjust aux. grip and depth rod. Glad I got the Ryobi, big thumbs up.
