Strengths: Easy to install. Clear sounding conversation, plenty loud.
Weaknesses: Mirror vibrates viewable image more than I'd like while driving, though it appears securely attached.
Summary: I was a bit skeptical from the low price initially, but, Surprised at the sound quality, which was rather good. I set my phone to auto answer (motorola V-188). I hear a few rings and it picks up fine for true hands free auto-answer operation. The unit is no frills but seems to do the job well. It comes with 4 different phone adapters, none of which I needed since the motorola V-188 is a 2.5mm universal plug phone already)The front bottom contains a power button (& associated red LED), a speaker volume thumb adjustment (set once and forget), and a small plastic tool to fine tune mic/speaker volume (I never used). 4 multicolored LEDs flash like a volume level indicator when someone talks to you through the small onboard speaker. For installation, I hid the connecting power/audio cable along the ceiling roof liner edge for a clean look. The included audio/power combo cable was plenty long. The voice dial capability of my phone is working ok with this setup (you still need to hit the appropriate key combo on the phone to activate as there isnt any other functional controls on the unit. unit comes with a earphone to attach for private conversations, but I dont see the need, as I could more easily use a headset and avoid the install altogether. I dont care for headsets though and this works like I hoped it would: as a decent hands free speakerphone.
