Strengths: simple to operate. just take the headset off the hook on your phone, then turn on the earpiece. the person on the other end can hear you clearly. works on single and multi-line phones.
Weaknesses: i get feedback coming from my phone when I have the base too close by. sometimes there's an echo with my own voice, but you can fix it by making adjustments on the unit.
Summary: a little bit pricey, but very easy device to set-up and use. no wires to deal with on the headset. no extra piece to hold, like the previous version of this headset. if only i can get rid of the feedback, this would be wonderful.

Strengths: Very versatile and adjustable. Extremely light, comfortable to wear. Excellent sound quality. Unit worked well right out of the box. No interference with 2.4gHz WIFI in office or area.
Weaknesses: No way to dial out from headset (this is pretty minor). versatility of adjustments means it takes a while to get the sound setting right, but that is not a bad thing either.
Summary: This is a very light and versatile headset. Volume adjustments are great for both incoming and outgoing sound levels. True cordless, no belt packs or cords. Voice quality is so good that I have had several people comment on it unasked. Sound quality to people I am talking to is better than a handset, very clear. Set up and use are very straight forward. Everyone in the office now wants one. My neck and back are feeling better already. I very highly recommend this unit.

Strengths: Hands free & cord free. I can get reception in my entire office. I am a loan manager & completing loan applications over the phone always gave me a kink in my neck and back....not anymore!
Weaknesses: I hear a slight echo when I speak. If I move the mouthpiece far enough away so that I don't hear the echo, my customer cannot hear me with ease. It just takes a bit of getting used to.
Summary: The Plantronics 900 MHZ WIRELESS OFFICE HEADSET SYSTEM CS-50 has made my life so much easier and pain free. I just wish that I could make the slight echo go away when I am speaking to my customer. It took a bit of getting used to having an earpiece. My ear was a bit sensitive for the first week or so, but now it is great. I even forget that it is there.

Strengths: range, clarity
Weaknesses: Now everyone in the office wants one.
Summary: Ordered 3 units for our customer sevice department who
used to have corded headseats. They love these units. They
forget they are wearing them and end up taking calls in meetings 175 feet (and three 18" thick brick walls)away
from their desk.

Strengths: Clarity, freedom, mute button, volume knob.
Weaknesses: Doesn't fit the head as well as the wired Plantronics headsets.
Summary: I have been tethered to a four foot Plantronics headset cord for 7 years now. The quality was always excellent but the cord was always twisting, getting snagged, yanking my neck, etc. I spend 5 hours a day on conference calls on average and spend half of that time on 'mute'. So, when I saw this, I had to try it. Sent a request to my Boss with the proper ergonomic safety buzz words and voila!
This headset has dramatically changed my work environment. I can move about. I can spin in my chair. I can go get files off the printer. I can go fax stuff if I ever wanted to. I could (shhhh!) go to the bathroom on one of those reallllly long conference calls (you can throw the milk jug away!). I could step outside and see the sky. The only down side is that walking around the office, people you pass always want to tell you something. They don't realize that you're on a mission critical conference call. So, I've learned that if you hold your finger to the headset and nod as if you're receiving instructions.. people will leave you alone.
Reception is great for almost all the way across our office. When you start going too far, you get a warning tone. If you ignore the warning tone and keep on walking, its about another 30ft before the headset goes from perfectly clear to -nothing-. Thats ok though.. when you return to the 'in-range' area, the audio automagically reappears. When on mute (which I am 50% of the time), you get a very, very, very faint beep to remind you you're on mute about every 10sec (its not an annoying beep whatsoever). When going ON MUTE, you hear a high pitched faint beep and when you go OFF MUTE, you hear a low pitched faint beep. Because the mute reminder beep is so faint, I often forget if I'm on or off of mute so I tend to cycle the mute button until I hear the OFF MUTE tone. The headset phone lasts all day as they claim. I highly recommend the robotic handset lifty-thingy. Otherwise, you'll be able to hear your phone ring remotely and be able to do nothing about it.
The only down side is that the headset does not fit as comfortably as the wired one does. They give you two over the head style headset holders and three (varying sizes) ear loops. The over the head headsets don't hold the mic in the write place. They tend to want to place the mic so that it touches your skin right before the corner of your mouth. You have to pull it away from your cheek every so often. The large ear loop works but doesn't hold the headset in position very well. My colleague across from me bought one too and the ear loop actually makes the headset swing on his ear. My only concern now is.. if many in the office get these.. will there be a chance for interference?

Strengths: Product is designed very well, with many useful features! A true joy to use continuosly every day!
Weaknesses: NA
Summary: The Plantronics CS-50 kit includes wear options which allow most anyone to easily find their comfort level. The product works very well, and is adjustable for both incoming and outgoing audio. The product is so light one can easily forget that they are wearing it.

Strengths: Comfortable, reliable, good range
Weaknesses: Takes a while to set up, but worth it.
Summary: The CS-50 is a must for serious telephony. There are 4 setting switches so it takes some trial and error to get it to work, but I was able to do so in about 10-15 minutes. Be sure to let it fully charge before you attempt to select the proper settings. Great product!

Strengths: Stays charged all day.
Crystal clear sound.
Light weight.
Weaknesses: Ear piece alone doesn't fit snuggly. When you turn your head, it wobbles around a bit. (However, the over-the-head attachment is perfect.)
Summary: This piece of essential office equipment has increased my productivity tremendously. I no longer have to be tethered to my desk while on hold or on extended calls. I am free to move around and do other things like make copies, file, etc. And it is so much better on my neck and elbow!!! I would definitely recommend buying the "lifter" so that you can answer the phone when you are away from your desk. It is well worth the additional cost.

Strengths: Hands free, good reception
Weaknesses: Cumbersome wires
Summary: A little cumbersome to install. Gives good reception in my office. I have two of these and do not have any problems with my wireless network and the other unit. Allows a lot more efficiency with my office staff. Increased efficiency is worth the money. Using the HL hand set lifter with this unit makes it worthwhile. Would not recommend using it without this additional accessory
