Strengths: Amazingly quiet, good light.
Weaknesses: I don't need the night light, so that element is wasted on me. Also the cost is still high, though buying online saved me 50 percent compared to purchasing locally at a retailer.
Summary: I installed this fan along with a $40 timer/delay switch from EFT (bought online.) This switch enabled the fan and light to be turned on with one switch, then when the switch is turned off, the light goes out but the fan continues running for a time that you previously set. Perfect for bathrooms whose users either don't like the noise of "normal" fans, and don't leave the fan on long enough to clear the steam from the shower. Timer is set before installing the face plate for the switch, so you set it and forget it. Fantastic combo with this fan/light.

Strengths: powerful, lighter weight than previous model
Weaknesses: light shade should be wider to cover hole in ceiling better
Summary: Had to install this in an existing ceiling. Had to cut the hole large enough to fit the fan housing up into the ceiling. Thankfully, I was stingy on my cut because, when I put up the light cover, it just baaaaarely covers the cut out.
