Strengths: Attractive unit
Weaknesses: Very poor customer service, difficult to use
Summary: I purchased this oven as a drop in replacement in existing cabinetry. It is beautiful, but does not work. Delonghi has made multiple attempts to fix multiple problems for over seven months now. Even if it did work, older folks or kids would probably burn your house down trying to figure out how it works. My wife and I are gaining weight as a result of all the take-out. We love to cook but cannot. For $1700 plus installation costs, this oven has to be the biggest joke out there. If you hate to cook and want a purely asthetic look, this oven is for you. If you expect your moneys' worth and any resonable customer service, STEER CLEAR!!

Summary: This unit didn't work for me. The oven arrived without an operable convection oven and the gas oven will work but will turn off unexpectedly. Calls to Delonghi customer service go unanswered and after searching the net, I found that several fellow purchasers are having similar issues.

RULE#1: DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN!!!!

RULE#2: REMEMBER RULE#1

This has been my worst buying experience in many many years. Please learn from me.

I wish I could give this item no stars but the system won't allow it.
