Strengths: No dead pixels, fast & honest rebate redemption program, sturdy and heavy product (not too heavy, just well-built heavy), stand is detachable for wall mounting, good contrast and brightness
Weaknesses: No DVI connection, speakers are pretty bad, very bright blue LED power light, but who actually uses monitor speakers anyway??? 1080i video clips can get kind of blurry...
Summary: In my opinion, this monitor is a very good bargain for the price (~$200). The only thing that I wish it had on it is a DVI connection, however their later models have this input on the monitor I believe. The monitor is made out of very high quality and heavy duty materials; I know this because I had to detach the base to use my LCD wall mount. The shipping packaging that the item arrived in was adequate to prevent damage in transit, and my monitor arrived via UPS with no dead pixels, not one. Every one of my three video cards detected the monitor without a hitch. I don't use the on board speakers, but who really expects great sound out of a monitor's speakers? It's going to sound like junk unless they make the display panel unreasonably large, which defeats the purpose of having a flat panel monitor in the first place. Very bright panel, good contrast ratio, and my eyes feel so much better now that I'm not staring at a CRT all day. I also believe that this a South Korean made LCD panel, unlike many of the really cheap panels that come out of China. For $200, you really can't ask for anything more. I would definitely buy again, and am considering one for a second monitor on my system.
