Strengths: Cordless. Matching designs. Good price.
Weaknesses: Entry-level webcam. Wish it would be at least a mid-range webcam. Two-button mouse (needs forward/back)
Summary: For the price, this combo is unbeatable. Typically, people shop for the cordless desktop (mouse + keyboard), but with the webcam included, it's really convenient to get started. Plus, the software included for webcam makes good use of the webcam integrated with IM services.
I'm so used to a 5-button mouse that I almost require out of any mouse I touch these days. However, understably, this set is geared more towards basic computer users and not gamers or power users. For a 2-button mouse, it does a good job and the cordless connectivity is very reliable. Plus, it's optical so no ball to play around with every few weeks.
Overall, if you're looking for a simple inexpensive solution, this would be it. It has everything you need and it won't disappoint. But once you're done using this cordless desktop, it's time to move up a level and look for more options in your mouse/keyboard.
