Strengths: Price! Of course. Size that can fit anywhere, such as over countertop under cabinet or over refrigerator. Very easy to operate. Reasonable power (2 minute at medium to boil a cup of water)
Weaknesses: Not much and I do not care about it since I use microwave oven to reheat not cooking... OH! Size is too small for bigger-than-normal dinner plate.
Summary: Even though the unit has only 600 Watts of power, it can serve my desire for using microwave oven, which is reheat and defrost food. Personally, I think this is the main purpose for microwave oven, say 99.9% of people. I will not use microwave oven for grilling or baking since I have my oven already! The oven should do a better job, I think. Power rating: 2 min on medium for this microwave oven = 1 min on high for 1000 watt microwave oven = boiling water.
Bottom line is that it is highly recommended for simple people who use mocrowave oven to reheat and defrost
