Strengths: Very clean dishes, just big enough for two people. Contemporary styling (hey, it's a dishwasher), low price.
Weaknesses: Construction is so-so, wheels are terrible on any non-flat surface, doesn't fit tall plates well.
Summary: In fact, you CAN fit tall plates in this dishwasher, you just have to be a bit creative. A tall plate can fit in the very back and to one side, a total of two. You have to shimmey the drawer in some but it's not tough. Once in, manually spin the sprinkly-thingy and if it spins freely, you're fine.
That said, we've found the dishwasher to outperform even an older built-in we had in a rental. I've had to do a few easy repairs (nothing internal). Once, it was leaking and I noticed that the door wasn't shutting all the way. REmoving the top (two screws) and readjusting the latch took about ten minutes and it was fine! We've used this machine about 3x a week for a year + 1/2 with NO PROBLEMS.
I always use the HEAVY setting to be sure and dishes come out impressively clean. That's the bottom line, after all.
