3 Star ReviewThe DeLonghi Dual Drip Coffeemaker is a winner. M ...
Strengths: Dual carafes. We can brew our regular and decaf at the same time. Programming is easy.
Weaknesses: Carafes pour very slowly. If you don't line up the dots correctly, coffee will spill all over the counter.
Summary: The DeLonghi Dual Drip Coffeemaker is a winner. My husband and I enjoy different types of coffee. (He's regular...I'm flavored decaf). We can brew at the same time while saving counter space. The programming function to have coffee ready in the morning is quite easy to operate. The downside of this machine is that the carafe pours slowly and can drip if you don't line up the spout perfectly. Also, the carafe does not keep coffee hot as long as I'd like. Overall, a good coffeemaker.

1 Star ReviewDon't Waste Your Money
Strengths: Dual Thermal Coffee Maker
Weaknesses: Didn't even last 10 months
Summary: I bought this coffee maker for my parents for Christmas because one drinks decaf and one drinks regular and the system lasted less than 1 yr and 3 months. It was put in service that long ago but they are snowbirds so it wasn't used for 5 months out of that time period. So it actually lasted 10 months of once a day use. And Delonghi has a 1 year warranty period from time of purchase and refuses to do anything about replacement and said it's not a repairable unit. There were no parts made for repair of the unit even though the information included with the product includes repair shops. Now tell me knowing this would you even think about buying a Delonghi product. Especially at the cost of the unit. I could've bought two thermal units for less than that. I personally have had a $10 Mr. Coffee for 25 years now and it's still working. Think hard about this unit before you buy it.
