1 Star ReviewLiars! Does NOT work with Linux.
Strengths: none.
Weaknesses: Plenty.
Summary: They lie. It doesn't work with Linux, even when connected to Addonics' own SATA2-PCI adapter! What a scam. It just gives a bunch of SATA/SCSI errors and corrupts the data that it tries to write. Tried two different SATA adapters and two different CF cards, as well as FOUR different Linux kernels.

1 Star ReviewFalse claims
Strengths: Small, eject button is very convenient.
Weaknesses: It does not work! None of my motherboards (Intel and ASUS) recognize the card as an hdd!
Summary: This product simply does not work. The mobo does not recognize the card as an hdd. It is not OS neutral either---Linux (FedoraCore 4) reports that the device is `unsopported' while Windows XP sees it as a removable drive and wirtes/reads to it without problem. This does nothing for those who want to BOOT from this device. Junk is what it is. I will stay away from Addonics from now on. Their technical support simply ignores all emails.
