Weaknesses: Extra "free" avent bottles may be useless to some parents Summary: We love this sterilizer. It is neat and easy to use. It has lots of spaces for small gadgets that are not limited to bottles and nipples. It comes with two avent bottles which we feel not of so use to us, as we are using another brand of bottles and we were told it is better to stick to a same brand because the baby does not have to adapt to different nipples. We wish we could buy just the sterilizer without the bottles for a lower price. Anyway we are satisfied with our purchase! 100% of People (1/1) found this review helpful. ljh3822 from FL Member Since: Sep 2005 View Member's: Reviews	Easy to Use Sterilizer Strengths: Lightweight, easy to use, quicker than other sterilizer Weaknesses: Takes up extra space, no lid holder Summary: This sterilizer is VERY easy to use, just pour the required amount of water and pop in the microwave for 2 minutes. Once the microwave is finished, just be sure to leave the sterilizer sealed for 2 more minutes, then you can take out and dry. The microwave sterilizer is less time consuming than boiling the bottles and pacifiers (I burned some pacifiers boiling them and quickly switched to this sterilizer), but you do have to store the container, whereas boiling the bottles could be in a normal pot that you'd already be storing. The only major complaint I have is that there is no real lid handle for this, so I have burned myself pulling out of the microwave several times. Was this review helpful or unhelpful for you? Can be used to sterilizing other brands of bottles also. 3. Can be used for sterilizing breast pumps. Weaknesses: Leaves too much water inside the bottles. Both the free bottles are stage 2 which may not be of much use for 1st three months. Summary: This is an easy to store and carry compact sterilizer. Can be sterilized in 2 mins in a 1100W microwave. Before we bought this product, it was a huge task of boiling bottles everytime after cleaning with soap water. with this product, the bottles are ready in 2 min. Weaknesses: Hold relatively limited number of items Summary: If you want to keep our baby items sterilized, and save time and money, this item is a perfect fit. Pros: 1. Requires a small amount of tap water 2. Finishes in 6-minutes 3. Very easy to assemble: base+rack+cover 4. Keeps contents sterile for 24 hours with the cover on Cons: 1. Small space to hold limited items. If you want to sterilize double breast pump units + two milk container, there is almost no space left 2. Very hot when finish.
