Strengths: The Appearance is great

Weaknesses: The ice maker and water system have a flaw.

Summary: 2007-01-09 08:44:21 I want to make it clear that I am not duplicating anyones post even though it may sound like I am but simply am having the exact same problems as posted on here and other sites. Purchased in April of 2006 from Home Depot. First week water leaked down front of freezer door from behind ice delivery station in door tech came two weeks later and shortened the hose to the ice maker said it was a flaw and a easy fix. In mid December I noticed some Ice building up on the inside of freezer compartment and ice clumped together in ice bin of my new frost free LG refrigerator tried temp adjustments with no luck. Now it is January 2007 I placed a call to LG Customer Service after the holidays for service the first lady I spoke with passed me on to a different rep when she found out what my problem was. They set an appointment up for the following day. I took off work to be home for the service call which was between 1-5 p.m. at 4:30 I had not received any calls confirming so I called LG customer service and was told that they had transposed the wrong city on the order I then requested to speak to a customer service manager and was disconnected. I then called back and was put on hold for 10 minutes when a supervisor was located they told me it never happened that the appointment was never made for that day and someone would be out the next week so I actually got two stories was called a liar and not even so much as an apology. If you have a complaint about customer service you can email customer service what a joke. I wonder how you get in touch with Mr.S.S.Kim the CEO (The product is only as good as the customer service behind it.)

What looks good on the outside and works bad on the inside? My LG fridge!!

Strengths: Looks real nice.

Weaknesses: Leaking dispenser, food on the top shelf hot, food on the bottom got frozen.

Summary: We had this fridge for 2 weeks before it stopped working.It is now 2 months later, and it is still not working and LG customer service is not trying to repace it! We are a family of five and we have been going without a fridge for awhile.I WILL NOT AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE ANY LG PRODUCTS!! These problems should have been solved a long time ago. Everyone works hard for what we have..and so be screwed over like that isnt right!! What happened to integrity?

LG Refridgeerator

Strengths: It looks really nice, and it very roomy.

Weaknesses: When it arrived it wasnt working so i have to go without a fridge for a few days until they send a new one.

Summary: 2006-03-23 14:02:22 You really expect for something that is brand new out of the box, that you just spent $1600 on to work. Hopefully when i get the new one it will be running properly. I think that it is crazy that i have to be without a fridge for days maybe even a week.

Lousy customer service. Bad support. Not worth it.

Strengths: looks nice.

Weaknesses: Lousy customer service. Bad support. Will try to refuse to replace your product even under warranty!!!!

Summary: I bought an LG frig model LRSC26925 in March 2006. It died in 2 month. I have been waiting to get it replaced for the last 3 month. Their customer service is horrible. Their customer service rep. even tried to bait-and-switch me to a cheaper model. I will definitely not buy another LG product ever again!

$1700 for 2 water dispensor leaks and a dead compressor within few months

Strengths: style

Weaknesses: unreliable and poor quality. Connecting to LGE Customer Service is impossible.... 14th day and still waiting here.

Summary: compressor died in few months. Today is my 14th day waiting to talk to customer service. I have family and little kid... temperatures out here are in 90s. Can you believe what it is like to live without a proper refrigeration??????

I bought from Home Depot and they have raised hands asking me to talk to LGE directly.

I am ready to take the LGE customer service ******** to the court.

Defective Product-Do not buy LG refrigerator LRSC26925TT

Strengths: Looks Good

Weaknesses: The inside body has developed cracks.

Summary: I bought this fridge a year ago. Last week, I noticed cracks on the plastic body in the inside of fridge. I have contacted LG but it looks like it will be a tough battle. I had never heard of fridge developing cracks. I regret disposing my 20 year old fridge for this model. It never gave me any problem except of looking outdated. My advice to anyone considering this model-DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL.
