Weaknesses: Extremely slow response to remote. Summary: About 4-6 times a month, I have to turn the TV on and off several times before I get a picture, although I have sound. Takes 1-3 seconds for picture to appear and another 1-3 seconds for sound. I bought a much cheaper LCD TV which is very superior to the Dell W3000 in every way. Additionally, can't handle the stress of Dell's electronic highway and service department, IF ... I find the right department for the current problem. Weaknesses: N/A Summary: I recently purchased this Dell television, and wow!, I could not believe the resolution. I knew Dell computers were good, but the tv's are great. I would have to turn it off, then turn in on again. Then it started to become twice, then 3 times I have to turn if off. This mornig the picture would not turn on at all. Weaknesses: See above Summary: 2006-07-26 13:41:41 I bought this TV 1 year ago. About 2 months ago it stopped working. Dell has sent 3 refurbished TV's and none have worked. They now tell me they are sending a new 30" TV. Never,never again will I buy one. 07/26/06 They lied again. Another refurbished TV that does not work. Dell sucks.
