Weaknesses: Abit AW8 motherboard has compatibility issue with this memory. Summary: This is reliable memory as with other OCZ memory. The Heatspreader gets hot after several hours of usage. It's a good idea to put some small fan over it for best stability. You can find ramflow in abit parts store. Abit AW8 motherboard has compatibility issue with some DDR2 667 memory (also with this memory). But it's the problem of the motherboard. 100% of People (2/2) found this review helpful. The motherboard automatically set everything for the RAM and there was no fuss....so the combo of MB and RAM made for a sweet start up. It was extremely simply to install and set up with my computer. It runs extremely fast without even playing around with the timings or any of those fancy processes (which I especially like since I don't know much about them). Great memory from a great company! Jason986 from CA Member Since: Dec 2005 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 1 Months	Excellent RAM Strengths: Runs at 667MHz. and advertised timings (4-4-4-12) at stock voltage Weaknesses: None yet. Summary: This RAM was properly recognized and works great in my Intel D975XBX with a Pentium D 950. I have 2GB of this stuff and the board recognized it and used the correct timings without me having to manually enter them. The heatsinks get warm after extended use, but that's why they are there in the first place. This memory survived 12 hours of memtest86+ with zero errors, so I'm impressed!
