Strengths: Quality build! Awesome results time after time. Perfect temperature regulation.
Weaknesses: A little side tray would have been nice :o)
Summary: I use the grill often and it's fun to use :o) You can regulate the temperature and the airflow very well thanks to the airflow regulator on the bottom.

It's also very well designed to smoke foods. Try ribs, salmon, pork loin. They taste so soo soooo good :o)

The only thing I'm missing is the side tray, but I did buy weber's hook thing to hang all of your Barbecue tools.

It cleans up easy, and seems to be built very well.

Oh, and one last thing, it was very easy to put together!

Strengths: Even cooking, large size.
Weaknesses: None
Summary: I've had several Weber's over more than 30 years. The design hasn't changed at all except for substituting plastic handles for wood. Why change a good thing! These kettles stand up well to the heat of the cooking fire, and to the weather as well. We don't really have a space to store the kettle inside, so it's out in rain and snow during the winter with no apparent ill effects. If you want to cook with charcoal, and don't want to be replacing a $10 grill every year, this is the one for you. And it will easily handle a 20-lb turkey, our favorite use.

Strengths: Outstanding for all kinds of outdoor cooking. Small or large gatherings.
Weaknesses: After a while you may need to replace the charcoal grate, and the blades that control the bottom vent openings.
Summary: If you really want to enhance your grilling experience add the rotisserie designed for the charcoal grill. I love it! The only drawback is that I wish they'd make the spit and tines "stick-free" or at least Teflon coated. Would certainly make clean-up a lot easier. I currently own 2 of these grills.

Strengths: Quality/Price Ratio, Real BBQ Taste
Weaknesses: Assembly instructions
Summary: After years of using propane for outdoor grilling I want to tell you what a treat I discovered when we went back to charcoal briquettes. Mmmm good taste.

The Weber 22.5 inch One-Touch Silver grill is really pretty basic as far as its simplicity goes, but you get the feeling that the simple design is going to get you what you want and that is excellent barbecued food. It is plenty large enough to cook for a good sized family. It comes with assembly instructions which were all pictures and no words but you should be able to figure them out. It has a solid metal construction and I feel it is a pretty good value for its price. Also included were recipes for various items. The main trick is getting the proper amount of briquettes for what you are cooking. With the cooking instructions included and some good ingredients going in this grill will be used several times this summer with very satisfying results. I have been pleased with the lack of flare-ups with this grill compared to the old propane barbecue. One of the reasons I went with this Weber was the capability to add a rotisserie to it and that Pricegrabber review is coming shortly. I would give this grill high marks and recommend it.

Strengths: Very portable and solid as a rock. Fast cooking and easy to light. Cleaning is easy! No complicated assembly.
Weaknesses: Lid is quiet heavy but it is built to last, at least 10 years :>)
Summary: Best charcoal grill that I have ever purchased. Cooking is a breeze, so easy to light and control the temperature with the bottom control arm. Heavy duty material in this grill will last for years. Cleaning the grill is fast and easy. Thank you Weber!

Strengths: It's charcoal grill much better taste than gas.
Weaknesses: It takes a while to het up unlike gas grills.
Summary: This grill is a very good grill. It also is very afordable. I can't compare the taste of food from a gas grill. It just don't taste right! Why don't you try a weber grill and you see what I mean! There is also a newer model that is realy good and easy to use.
