I've used it as a nut driver to speed up small engine assembly/disassembly jobs, and to drive screws installing shelves. The battery life is great, I pull it out after weeks in the case and it still has a strong charge. It feels pretty powerful but it's balanced so it doesn't twist too badly when you press/release the trigger. The flashlight is pretty lightweight and doesn't feel very sturdy. But it's pretty bright, and I bought the kit mainly for the drill and two batteries anyway. All in all, it seems like it's well built and will last a long time under moderate use. Weaknesses: None Summary: My brother took my other drill by the same maker and although he denies he I know that he took it. But this is a replacement for a known reliable tool that I get use out of almost on a daily basis for projects around the house. Excellent craftsmanship. Stuey83 from NY Member Since: Oct 2005 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 2 Months	Powerful driver in a compact package Strengths: Smaller form than other comparable drills. 1/2" chuck Reasonably high torque comfortable grip Weaknesses: plastic chuck although you won't find a metal chuck on anything but a professional level drill. Summary: This is a decent drill, even more so if you don't mind the color scheme. It has reasonably high torque and decent battery life. The chuck sticks a bit and the battery is sometimes less than effortlessly removed. Nevertheless, this is a great drill for homeowners and professionals alike. A nice feature of this drill is its size - it's a bit smaller than similarl torque drills, which means that it's easier to lug around and fit into cramped spaces. Its worth twice what I paid for it. It is made very well. It feels great when you pick it up. It has a little heft to it but it feels like a tool. I have always been a DeWalt guy and I still am.
