jsduncan from GA Member Since: Jan 2006 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 1 Day	best one I've owned Strengths: reliable and fast good build quality Weaknesses: on the pricier side Summary: I've owned three different 2.5" enclosures (2 different addonics and this one) and this is the only one that still works. Can't say anything bad about it other than the price. I open it up and swap the three notebook HDD I have into it weekly (disconnecting and reconnecting more than I am sure it was designed for) and it is still working perfectly. Seperate lights to indicate power and drive access. Convenient neoprene travel sleeve. Weaknesses: Poor fitting USB and power connectors and cables. Expensive. Poor/slow responsive from manufacturer. Summary: Poor fitting USB and power connectors and cables caused numerous failures and data loss due to losing power intermittently. On one of these enclosures, the power connector on the eclosure failed after 1 week. I travel 5 days a week and need something I can rely upon. This isn't it. Customer support was slow and didn't seem to take the time to understand my problem. Expensive-there are better enclosures for one third the cost of this. CompUSA took them back.
