Fire hazard, ABYSMAL repair service!!!

Weaknesses: Terrible product, fire hazard, service is the worst in the business
Summary: This product is virtually new (four months old). It worked fine for the first three months, but the touch pad stopped working and now it can't be shut off. It is a fire hazard. Worse yet, KitchenAid does not stand by their products. I have already lost three full days of working waiting for a repair technician (8am to 5pm), and they showed up once for five minutes to say they couldn't fix it and then have not showed up despite confirmed appointments. Do not buy this product -- you will regret it.
