 You get what you pay for... Strengths: Quiet operation, simple to setup, attractive

Summary: I was in the market for an external hard drive to back up my internal hard drive. But, since this was just for insurance sake, I didn't want to spend too much. Enter the Fantom Drive 200 GB external. It's got a great price, but you get what you pay for. Upon receiving this from the online retailer I chose, it was defective. There was a bad sector. I returned the product and received a replacement. Guess what I found on the replacement, another bad sector. I suppose I should have known better from previous experience when buying computer parts; you get what you pay for. I guess that's what I get trying to save a few dollars. Next time I'm going to just go with a brand someone's actually heard of and pay a little extra for quality.
