For products, we provide some combination of the following (depending on the type of product and availability): technical specifications, reviews from other consumers who have bought the same product (provided by other PriceGrabber customers or RateItAll), approximate tax and shipping based on your zip code, stock information, rebates from Rebate Place, video clips, 360° views and Merchant Reviews. |

I ordered something from a merchant on your site and they charged my credit card but they haven't sent the product! Can you do anything about it? |

—This is not a common occurrence. However, if it does occur we provide a list of Consumer Resources, including links to complaint services and consumer law sites. |

The Merchant Ratings allow you to rate any merchant on our site and post a short comment about your experience with them. You can find a complete list of merchants who can be rated here. To enter your own ratings, you need a (free) PriceGrabber account. Once logged in, you can access the Merchant Ratings from the Options menu in the Product Tracker." |
