Q:   Have you had any order problems with a merchant listed on PriceGrabber?

A:   It is our goal to provide you with the best shopping experience. Some merchants may be engaged in sales practices that are inconsistent with our standards for merchant conduct of business. These practices include bundle sales (requiring purchase of additional products to get a listed price), providing us with inaccurate pricing and inventory information, or cancellation of orders. Notify us by clicking on the email address below if you experience any such practices. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your name
  • the name of the merchant you were dealing with
  • the date of the transaction and order number, if available
  • a brief description of the problem
  • whether this issue has been resolved to your satisfaction
While we cannot intervene on a transaction with a merchant, we will use the provided information to evaluate listing of merchants.
