How do you decide the order in which merchants are displayed? |

For the most part, merchants selling a given product are listed in order by price. However, there is a small group of merchants that PriceGrabber has a close relationship with that have earned the status of "Featured Merchant." These merchants are always listed first on products they sell, and are clearly separated from the rest of the merchant listings. You can always sort these merchants back into the listings by selecting either 'Sort by Price' or 'Resort by BottomLinePrice™'. |

I've never heard of this merchant - how do I know what kind of customer service they provide? |

On the right-hand side of any product page there is a column for PriceGrabber Merchant Ratings. The Merchant Ratings allow you to rate any merchant on our site and post a short comment about your experience with them. You can find a complete list of merchants who can be rated here. To enter your own ratings, you need a (free) PriceGrabber account. Once logged in, you can access the Merchant Ratings from the Options menu in the Product Tracker. |

I'm looking for a coupon or a special deal from a merchant, can I find these anywhere on your site? |

You can find special offers and coupons for specific merchants by clicking on the Retailer Info link directly below the name of the merchant on a product page. |

I found a product with a rebate - do these merchant prices include the rebate already? |

| A: |
It is PriceGrabber's policy that merchant prices do not include rebates. However, sometimes by mistake, rebates are included by merchants in their price quotes. We are working to minimize this, but it is always a good idea to check with the merchant before placing an order. |
